🏳️‍🌈🎶 That’s the end of our concert season for “Lights, Camera, Action!” We are grateful to have had ya’ll along for the ride! Our wonderful conductor and artistic director, Christopher T.F. Hanson, said something to us during rehearsal earlier this year that has resonated across the season. It was along the lines of recognizing the hardships relating to the current events post election year and how even in the midst of anger and grief we continue to show up every week. We continue to find the inspiration to come together and make music and stand with pride on one of the most prominent performance halls in Seattle to demonstrate q***r joy in spite of a political climate that attempts stomp us out. And we will continue to do so enthusiastically and unapologetically. We’re not quite done yet, but we’ll catch ya’ll next season! Until next time ❤️
