All while blaming each other for failing to keep voters in the dark about how much funding our schools would lose if their massive tax cut for the wealthy few goes through.

A Washington state lawmaker who leads the state Republican Party has been sued for defamation over a series of social media posts.

Don't fall for misleading headlines: the Supreme Court ruled on a timing question — not that Trump’s executive order attacking our secure vote by mail system is constitutional or legal.

In America, most of us believe voters should pick our leaders. The MAGA regime is desperately trying to control our elections so it can cling to power. But Trump still does not control our elections, and after tomorrow, more legal challenges against this unconstitutional policy can move forward.

The Supreme Court paused a lower court's ruling that blocked key parts of Trump's order to limit voting by mail for the midterms. But U.S. Postal Service work on the order remains blocked nationwide.
