✨ Meet your Nourish facilitator ✨
We’re starting tomorrow, and you can still sign up this week and next.

Y-WE Nourish: Body, Soul & Community is a youth-centered space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be in community this winter. Through reflection, creativity, and shared presence, youth are invited to gently tend to their bodies, stories, and inner worlds.

This season is facilitated by Angelique (she/her), a heart-centered Spiritual Director whose work lives at the intersection of spirituality, justice, and embodiment. She honors the wisdom carried by women and gender-expansive people of color and is devoted to nurturing spaces where healing, connection, and collective care can grow.
