Members of our union’s Professional and Technical bargaining units have both ratified four-year contract offers from Boeing.

Members of the Prof Unit approved their contract by 67.62% - 7,895 to accept to 3,780 reject.
Members of Tech Unit approved their contract by 53.48% – 2,061 to accept to 1,793 to reject.

The vote came at a special meeting of the two Bargaining Unit Councils (BUCs) on Sept. 22. Members of the two councils heard a presentation on the offers on Sept. 17 and spent 1.5 hours questioning the Negotiations Team and SPEEA support staff about the offer before beginning debate tonight.
