The Farrington Foundation To create and preserve open spaces while opening minds of all ages to unlimited opportunities in the great American Outdoors

Farrington Foundation initially started in late 2005 as a private foundation to support conservation organizations and leaders by providing small grants and creating oral histories. The process to make Farrington a 501 (c) 3 public charity began in 2007 and was granted in October 2008. Since then, Farrington has focused on conducting web-based radio interviews with conservation leaders from the pr

ivate, public, and nonprofit sectors. In addition, Farrington now records and documents oral history projects of leading conservation organizations as a way to promote the important strides made toward preserving the great outdoors.
