F3 Puget Sound F3 Mission
The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of Male Community Leadership. It really is free.

This is the Puget Sound (WA) region. F3 Credo
Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him. F3 was founded 2011 in Charlotte, NC, and launched in Kirkland, WA on March 12, 2016. Seattle followed soon after on May 16, 2016, and Tacoma began July 17, 2016. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Our core principles begin with our workouts being free of charge and open to all men. They are held outdoors — rain or shine, heat or cold. Men who participate also lead the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. Workouts end with a Circle of Trust. All you have to do is show up. You don’t have to be in shape. Yes, it’s early. Don’t let your excuses remove you from opportunity.
