F3 Puget Sound F3 Mission
The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of Male Community Leadership. It really is free.

This is the Puget Sound (WA) region. F3 Credo
Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him. F3 was founded 2011 in Charlotte, NC, and launched in Kirkland, WA on March 12, 2016. Seattle followed soon after on May 16, 2016, and Tacoma began July 17, 2016. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for the invigoration of male community leadership. Our core princi

ples begin with our workouts being free of charge and open to all men. They are held outdoors — rain or shine, heat or cold. Men who participate also lead the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary. Workouts end with a Circle of Trust. All you have to do is show up. You don’t have to be in shape. Yes, it’s early. Don’t let your excuses remove you from opportunity.

That’s is it F3 Nation!!!

Just when you think F3 can’t get any better it does!!!

So proud of our F3 Pugetsound and F3 Seattle PAX for completing Extreme Week 2023(7 workouts in 6 days). It was by no means an easy task but HIMs continued to show up and show out. Huge T-Claps to all the HIMs who got better together!!!

Looking forward to EW 2024. Let’s go 💪

Extreme Week 2023 Hump Day 🐪 beatdown was orchestrated by Fannie and Gilligian at AO KIMS VHS in Kirkland with 69 PAX in attendance and going strong 💪
