FREE "Stop the Bleed" Class

A person who is bleeding can die from blood loss in less than 5 minutes.

Emergency responders will arrive as quickly as possible, but bystanders are almost always there first. Will you be ready?

In this free, 1-hour class you will be taught bleeding control basics.

No experience necessary - and you don't need to bring anything to class.

Happy Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month! In celebration we are highlighting the stories of members from our organization whose heritage has enriched the integrity and character of our company.

Marie Chong is the founding director of ARC Dance Company () in Seattle, WA where she commissioned new work and re-staged pieces by choreographers such as Edwaard Liang, Wen Wei Wang, and Alex Ketley. Her choreography has been presented at Seattle International Dance Festival, Men in Dance, Arts Umbrella, and ARC Dance Company. She was the Artistic Assistant/Director for Cirque du Soleil’s touring show KOOZA and integrated new artists into other shows at the company’s headquarters in Montreal. Chong has also worked with Disney Theatrical Group as a teaching artist. She is honored to be apart of the Dance Theatre of Harlem’s artistic team as Ballet Mistress.
