✅ Accepted: Plastic nursery trays & pots labeled #2, #5, or #6 (clean of large amounts of debris)

🌱 Exciting News for Farmers! 🌱

We're launching two new pilot programs to help reduce waste and support sustainability on farms in King, Snohomish, Pierce, and Kitsap counties:

1️⃣ CSA/Delivery Box Free Trial – Try out durable, reusable boxes for your CSA or produce deliveries. Designed to be reused hundreds of times and recycled at end of life!

2️⃣ 50% Cost-Share for Durable Nursery Trays – Upgrade from flimsy trays to long-lasting Winstrip trays at half the cost (limit 40 per farm, while supplies last!).

Both programs are first-come, first-served, so apply soon and share with fellow farmers who might be interested!

Third Act Washington (TAWA) presents author, educator, and environmental activist Bill McKibben on July 2 at 7:00 pm in a talk about what’s needed now to save our planet and democracy, what’s bringing him joy and gives him hope, and why he believes Third Act can have a huge impact on making our world a better place for all of us, and for generations to come.

Bill is renowned for mobilizing popular support for action on climate justice and democracy. He has authored 20 books, including The End of Nature (1989) which is regarded as the first book for a general audience about climate change.
