Thank you to the 60 alumni who signed up to march with the the band next week as part of our 75th anniversary celebration. With 260 signed up for All-City this summer, this means we may have over 300 people marching with us the first run through Chinatown. The alumni rehearsals with the varsity band will be Wednesday July 15th and Thursday July 16th from 6-7:30. We are rehearsing at the Nino Cantu Southwest Athletic Complex (2601 SW Thistle St) across the street from Sealth. The anticipated rehearsal break down both nights will be sectionals (30 minutes); full band music rehearsal (30 minutes); marching rehearsal (30 minutes). After 7:30 alumni will be dismissed and the regular summer band will continue rehearsing. Those who signed up to participate will receive a separate email later today with the additional details and the link to the music. Reach out to [email protected] if there are questions/concerns or if you signed up for this but don't see that email by 2pm.

Our banquet celebrating the 75th anniversary of All-City Band is coming up this Friday July 17th at at South Seattle College's Brockey Center - 6000 16th Ave SW. Doors open at 5pm. Dinner service at 6pm. If you would like to be a part of celebrating 75 years of All-City Band please purchase your ticket right away. We would love to have a solid count by Monday and space is limited.
