The Humane Advocacy Center is envisioned as a place where people will have access to resources in a non-judgmental safe manner. My hope is to offer eduction, financial resources as well as food or other basic supplies people may need. The goal will be for the program to be a help up not a hand out. It will also require people seeking help to be proactive and adhere to specific guidelines to qualif

y. It will not be a welfare or charity accessable by anyone because of income. It will be a resouce for people with demonstrated need regardless of income who are responsible owners that need help and cannot find it elsewhere.
