የኢትዮጵያውያን ኮሙኒቲ በሲያትል (ECS) ከዶ/ር ኤርሚያስ ዲሮ እጃራ (MD, PhD) ጋር በመሆን ስለ ጤናማ አመጋገብ እና ሥነ-ምግብ ጠቃሚ ስልጠና ለመስጠት ዝግጅቱን አጠናቁዋል። እርስዎም በዚህ ዝግጅት ላይ እንዲሳተፉና ጠቃሚ መረጃ እንዲያገኙ ተጋብዘዋል።

የጢሱ መጠን ከፍተኛ በሚሆንበት ጊዜ፦

✅ ወደ ውጭ ከመውጣትዎ በፊት የአ/9ካባቢዎን የአየር ጥራት ይፈትሹ።
🏠 የአየሩ ጥራት ጤናማ ካልሆነ ከቤት ሳይወጡ ይቆዩ።
😷 የግድ ወደ ውጭ መውጣት ካለብዎት N95 ማስክ (የፊት ጭንብል) ያድርጉ።
💨 HEPA የአየር ማጽጃ (Air Purifier) በመጠቀም፣ እንዲሁም በተቻለ መጠን መስኮቶችንና ደጆችን በመዝጋት የቤትዎን አየር ንጹህ ያድርጉ።
❤️ እንደ ሳል፣ የጉሮሮ መቧጨር፣ የዓይን ማቃጠል፣ ማዞር፣ የትንፋሽ እጥረት ወይም አተነፋፈስ ላይ ምልክቶች ካሉ የሕክምና እርዳታ ያግኙ።

Wildfire smoke can affect your health—stay safe!

When smoke levels are high:

✅ Check your local air quality before going outside.
🏠 Stay indoors when air quality is unhealthy.
😷 Wear an N95 mask if you must be outside.
💨 Keep indoor air clean by using a HEPA air purifier and closing windows and doors when possible.
❤️ Watch for symptoms such as coughing, sore throat, burning eyes, dizziness, wheezing, or shortness of breath.
Seek medical care if symptoms become severe.
