*Highlights from the Community Civic Engagement Workshop.*

WSCACL was pleased to partner in this collaborative effort between the Sierra Leone Community Development Association in Washington (SLCDAW) and the Pacific Northwest Seattle Gambian Association (PNWSGA), bringing community members together to learn, connect, and engage in important conversations around civic participation and community empowerment.

We look forward to continuing this work, including the cohort identification in the next phase.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making this a meaningful and impactful event.

On February 21st, WSCACL celebrated its 6th annual summit with a powerful theme: United we stand, Divided we fall. This motto resonates deeply in today’s world, where unity and collaboration are more crucial than ever.

At this summit, we focused on three key pillars: unity, fraternity, and resources. When we come together, we amplify our voices and create a collective impact that no individual effort can achieve alone, by fostering relationships and supporting one another, we build a network that empowers each member to thrive.

Thank you for being a part of this journey!
