We are proud to present the official poster for the 18th Annual Seattle Latino Film Festival, taking place October 9–17, 2026. This year’s design is a tribute to women in the Hispanic film industry, celebrating their creativity, vision, and invaluable contributions to cinema across Spanish-speaking countries and other Romance language communities. Through this image, SLFF honors the voices, stories, and artistic achievements of the women who continue to shape and enrich the world of film.

We are deeply saddened by the news of Manolo Solo’s passing. A truly remarkable and versatile talent in Spanish cinema, his remarkable legacy on stage and screen will continue to inspire us all.

We feel immensely honored to have hosted the Seattle premiere of his latest film, A Portuguese House (Una quinta portuguesa), at SLFF. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences go out to his family, loved ones, and the entire film community. Rest in peace, Manolo.
