Want to be part of building systems that support parents and families? Join PEPS in advocating for equitable policies in Washington State!

During the most recent legislative session, the PEPS community advocated with state legislators to:

✅️ Keep critical safety net programs intact
✅️ Put Paid Family & Medical Leave on solid ground
✅️ Protect kids from the dangers of chatbot companions
✅️ Put a tax on high earners to right-size our tax system, giving tax breaks to lower-income households and small businesses.

The newborn days are full of big feelings: joy, exhaustion, questions, and a lot of “Is this normal?” moments. 💬👶

PEPS Newborn Groups connect parents who are in it together. Over 12 weeks, parents meet weekly (in person or virtually) to share parenting highs and lows, talk about baby milestones, and build a support network that makes the early months a little easier.

If you have a baby between 2-20 weeks (or are expecting one soon!), sign up for a PEPS Newborn Group now: https://www.peps.org/programs/newborn

Remember your PEPS Group from the baby days? 👶

If you’re now parenting a teen, we’re still here for you. 💛

Our Parents of Adolescents and Teens (PAT) program offers the same connection, support, and real conversations you remember — now focused on the teen years. Parents of kids ages 10–19 can join a 4- or 9-week group or attend a one-time workshop on a topic relevant to parenting teens.

Text reads: "Attending PAT Group and understanding their brain development helped me to appreciate our teens more. It also has been 13 years since we had our baby PEPS Group, and it felt so good to have a support group to back me. PAT Group gave me not only confidence, but also great comfort while we navigate [through the] 'parenting teens' era with other fellow parents." -2024 Parents of Adolescents & Teens (PAT) Group Participant.)
