Stellars Our mission is to support and promote professional development for women in the avalanche industry.

OUR MISSION
- To honor women who have made significant contributions to the field of snow and avalanches
-Establish and maintain a scholarship fund to sponsor female presenters at future ISSW’s
- To offer female ISSW attendees the opportunity to gather, share information, and network with
other professional women in the industry
- To provide mentorship opportunities with experienced snow and avala

nche professionals to newer members of our community
- To preserve the history of women’s contributions to this field
- To create a support network and legacy of women in the industry
