Wow, what a month April was for Potlatch Fund!
From our Potlatch Makes Possible gathering at the Burke Museum, to attending the Native American Philanthropy Conference and co-hosting Rooted in Kinship alongside Na’ah Illahee Fund, this month was full of storytelling, connection, community care, and gathering in good ways.
We also wrapped up our Winter Gift Cycle, distributing 93 gifts supporting Native individuals, tribes, and organizations across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska.
To close out the month, we gathered with our board here in Seattle to reflect, plan, and continue carrying the work forward together.
We are deeply grateful to everyone who shared space with us this month — artists, gift recipients, partners, vendors, community members, and supporters who continue helping make this work possible.
Potlatch Makes Possible.
Special thanks to Burke Museum, Off the Rez, Na’ah Illahee Fund, Succ2Byou, 4 Little Wings, Ellen Ferguson, Made by Amber Stephens, Kaigani Craft, Tio’s Tacos, and all of the wonderful artists and community members who helped make these gatherings so meaningful.
