For those of you who have been following my work in Ancestral Healing, THIS THURSDAY I'M OFFERING A CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE A FREE SAMPLER. **Link in comments**
IN THE ARMS OF GRANDMOTHER
~ Free Session This Thursday with songstress Hanna Leigh & ancestral healing practitioner Nala Walla ~
Feeling held by the wisdom of our Ancestors is our birthright. Though our overculture may have taught us that our ancestors are “gone” or “lost,” it is simply not true. Our ancient and rooted elders can become a regular presence again in our lives, when we relearn to flex our imaginal “muscles."
Join us for this FREE 90-minute journey into song and somatics, as we call Grandmotherly kindness back into our lives in a palpable way. As we experience the feeling of being held once again in their arms. As we begin threading back into the old lullabies.
"IN THE ARMS OF GRANDMOTHER"
with Hannah Leigh & Nala Walla
Thursday, April 4th
10:30 PDT/ 1:30pm EST/ 6:30pm BST
HANNA LEIGH
Hanna Leigh founded "Weaving Remembrance" to support people in connecting more deeply with earth by bringing together teachers of traditional song, story and craft. Her work helps those yearning for ancestral European wisdom to recover what has been lost and forgotten.
At the heart of Hanna Leigh's "Songs of Mother Europe" series has always been the prayer and desire for connection. May this class be a small and vibrant thread in this great work of remembering!
NALA WALLA
Weaving Griefwork and Ancestral Healing, Nala Walla specializes in helping people who feel rootless, culturally orphaned, and spiritually homeless reclaim our birthright of belonging to our own ancestors.
Her 1:1 practice offers a deeply somatic and liberatory approach towards questioning and deconstructing "whiteness." By becoming more rooted in relationship with who we come from, we learn to stand in our integrity and respect on the lands we where we live.
