Greetings all! This is Rob the Commander of Garrison Titan.

For those of you who have been following it there has been a lot of talk, chats, posts, speculation, arguments, etc... about why we are not bringing our full Star Wars Experience and all our outstanding costumes to SummerCon this year.

Simply it takes a fair amount of time, agreements with show management and planning to make all the magic happen and unfortunately this year for a number of reasons we ran out of time.

We (and the other clubs of Star Wars Washington) were NOT “kicked out” of SummerCon nor have we seen any indication that we will not be present in ‘Force’ for next year’s show.

Additionally while we may not have props or the full Star Wars Experience set up you are still likely to see our members in costume roaming the grounds of SummerCon.

All that said we have had a great time at SummerCon in the past, having our efforts and your generous donations support Mary Bridge Children’s hospital. We are looking forward to continue to do both in the future.
