And it all started on August 16th, 1996. Today, we celebrate 19 years of excellence in Society, Brotherhood and Remembrance. A big thank you to all of you for your continued love and support, and the 8 brave men who initiated it all. As we reflect on our brotherhood, we see joy and sorrow, growth and setbacks, and realize our success has surpassed every failure.

In the Spring of 2015, five brave men are willing to bare it all; The following brothers: Jordan Gaspay, Nabil Sutjipto, Youjun Suh, Eugene Kim and James McCutcheon have chosen to shave their heads in support of S.O.S. Children’s Village. The brothers of Sigma Beta Rho will be competing against each other to see who can fundraise the most amongst their teams.

The brother that has raised the most amount will have their head shaved. However if we reach our goal of 1800$ in donations, all 5 brothers will shave their heads together!

Thank you for the brothers of Alpha Gamma Chapter at OSU for hosting this year Regional Conference. We may be miles apart but it wont break our bond.

This past weekend, we hosted our brothers from the
Immortal Iota Chapter of the University of Washington (https://www.facebook.com/SigRhoIota) for our Bi-Annual Regional Conference. We participated in various workshops, numerous team building activities and talked of the bright future ahead for SigRho in the Western Region. Our bond is stronger than ever and we wish our region luck in the exciting year ahead!

Last weekend on Sunday February 9th at 2am, four of our brothers from Sigma Beta Rho at University of South Florida were taken from us in a wrong-way crash on Interstate 275. The four Brothers involved were:

Dammie Yesudhas - Brother Netflix
Jobin Kuriakose - Brother Ambition
Imtiyaz Ilias - Brother Rodnac
Ankeet Patel - Brother Facetious

As a tribute to these fallen Brothers, we gathered at Gasworks Park for a candle light vigil ceremony to celebrate their lives and be thankful for our own. The third pillar of our fraternity is Rho, which stands for , and as long as these fallen Brothers are remembered, they will continue to live on in the hearts of their Brothers.
