Sound Generations

Every car can drive change for your favorite nonprofit, including Sound Generations.

Not a lot of people know this, but you can donate your used car (working or not) to directly support nonprofits in your area. All you need to do is fill out a simple vehicle donation form, and it'll be handled at no cost to the owner.

Our drivers build genuine relationships with the people we serve. Many riders see the same driver week after week. Those interactions grow into trusted, long-term relationships.

We see drivers celebrate birthdays with riders, notice changes in health, and become one of the few consistent social interactions someone has every week.

Transportation is so much more than moving people from one place to another. It’s an essential part of many people’s support systems.

This is your last chance to get tickets to the Golden Gala while supporting live-changing programs like Hyde Shuttle and Volunteer Transportation Services. Ticket sales end Friday! go.soundgenerations.org/goldengala2026

One of our proudest aspects of our Transportation services is watching our drivers build genuine relationships with the people we serve.

Many of our riders see the same drivers week after week. We become a part of many people's support systems – celebrating birthdays with riders, noticing changes in health that others may not immediately see, and becoming one of the few consistent social interactions someone experiences every week.

That level of compassion is something that our staff brings with them every day.

Last chance to register for the Golden Gala. Celebrate and uplift the life-changing work our drivers do daily: go.soundgenerations.org/goldengala2026
