Expanding Our Reach in South King County! 💜

Thanks to a generous grant from King County Parks - Your Big Backyard, Team Survivor Northwest is building connections and expanding access to our programs, with a special focus on communities of color and Spanish-speaking women.

From strength training with Coach Andrew Bull Stewart and member socials to new community partnerships, we’re laying the foundation for lasting connections and support.

🚣 Survivor SAKE Takes on the World! 🌏

Made up entirely of cancer survivors, Team Survivor’s dragon boating team practices year-round, building strength, confidence, and lasting bonds along the way.

This summer, Survivor SAKE competed in three local races before taking on the world at the 2026 IDBF Club Crew World Championships in Taipei, Taiwan! 🇹🇼 The team raced in the 200m, 500m, and 2K events.

We’re inspired by their dedication, hard work, and the way they show up for one another—on and off the water. 💜

A heartfelt thank you to Gorgeous George’s for the incredible Mediterranean spread at Party for a Purpose! The food was a highlight of the evening, and guests were raving throughout the night. ✨

What a night! 💜

On Friday, October 2, Team Survivor Northwest hosted Party for a Purpose, our annual fundraiser and celebration—and it was a wonderful evening of connection, celebration, music, and dancing.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised more than $103,514 and counting—officially exceeding our fundraising goal! 🎉 These funds will directly support Team Survivor’s life-changing programs for women facing life after cancer in the coming year.

Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, sponsored, volunteered, danced, and helped make the evening so special. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Team Survivor Northwest's summer was an absolute blast.

Our dragon boat team had a busy summer full of training and races, and the mountain climb team summitted Mount St. Helens! 🌿🛶🗻

Although it's sad to see summer go, we are so excited for what's ahead.

On October 2nd, we'll be celebrating all things Team Survivor Northwest at our Party for a Purpose! There will be music, delicious food, dancing, and so much more 🎉🌟💃
