We are so excited to announce this year’s Team Survivor Northwest Climb Team!🥾☀💜

On July 30th, the incredible Team Survivor Northwest Climb Team will climb Mount St. Helens🗻
These women, all cancer survivors, have been preparing since the beginning of May to climb one of Washington's most iconic volcanoes.

This program is more than just a climb. The climb team will be fundraising together to raise $50,000 to support Team Survivor Northwest's fitness classes and programs. We are so excited to partner with Mount St Helens Institute. On climb day, their expert leaders will help our team safely summit the mountain. We are thankful for their expertise and dedication to the program!💜🌿

Celebrate the beginning of summer with a morning of coffee, delicious brunch items, biking tips, and socializing with fellow members!

At this social, you'll meet leaders Jaimie, Jilda, and Camilla and will learn more about the cycling program. Special guest, Coach Denise, will also join us to talk all things cycling, from proper bike fit and form to ideal tire pressure.

Our spring and summer outdoor programs are here!🌿🌞

Today we are highlighting our cycling program🚲

The first ride of the season is this Sunday, May 17th at 10 am🌟
If you are looking for moderate and social exercise, this program is for you. All levels are welcome - these rides are designed to build confidence riding in a group while getting a good workout.

Leaders adapt the pace to fit the group and always ensure that no one gets left behind.

💛🌿💜GiveBIG is May 5th, with early giving starting now! Will you Step Up for Survivors?

For thirty years, Team Survivor has been supporting women at any stage of cancer diagnosis through empowerment, movement and community. We know that life after a diagnosis can be physically challenging and often feel isolating. Team Survivor tries to change that by offering accessible programs that combine joy and movement.

So far in 2026, we have Stepped Up for Survivors offering:

🌟Over 10 instructor led virtual and in person classes per week.

🌟A weekend-long fitness retreat on Bainbridge island for over 120 women.

🌟Weekly outdoor programs offered to women at every fitness level. Walking, Mountain Climbing, Hiking, and so much more!

Our GiveBIG goal this year is to raise $36,000. A lofty goal, but hey — it’s called GiveBIG for a reason. Your support of our GiveBIG campaign will directly support the life changing programs Team Survivor offers to women cancer survivors.

We recently got together for a dessert night to celebrate the incredible 137 volunteers of Team Survivor Northwest! It was an amazing night, filled with sweet treats and joy. Thank you so much to our amazing volunteers: Team Survivor Northwest would not be the same without you!

Lauren has been involved in Team Survivor in many ways, but we’d like to give a special shoutout to all she’s done for the Mountain Climb program. She’s had a huge role in shaping the program, and we are so lucky to have her! She has amazing energy, attention to detail, and so much care for every member of the mountain climb.
