Dear Inc. Community;

Early this year, The Inc. Community Coworking & Playschool was honored to be chosen for a pop-up business grant from the amazing program. This dynamic program has been supporting small women- and minority-operated businesses for the last two years, and bringing new life to parts of the city that were abandoned or neglected during the COVID-19 pandemic. We've been so fortunate to have the opportunity to reevaluate our model this summer, and meet some wonderful families and neighbors in the Queen Anne community.

Our team had originally intended to extend our stay in Queen Anne beyond the summer pop-up period, and hoped this would be a more permanent home for The Inc. and our community. Unfortunately, we have determined the space is not the right fit for our organization at this time, and have decided to wind down operations at this location by the end of August.

Programs will continue through the end of this week, and we will be sending information about items we are looking to sell or donate over the next few weeks. In the meantime, we'd like to thank you all for your continued support and belief in us as an organization.

What's Next?

After we fully close up shop in Queen Anne, we are looking for organizations to partner with on a variety of community events moving into the Fall/Winter 2023. We plan to focus on events and speaker series that are geared toward reviving and reinvigorating careers and networks after these strange few years, (with childcare available, of course!). Look out for more information about this and other plan plans coming soon!

Thank you all again, and we look forward to serving you in the near future!
