501 Commons

501 Commons Your mission is to build a better world. Ours is to help you succeed. Thirteen years after opening their doors – mission accomplished!

Since 1999, NPower has assisted over 1,200 nonprofits in Washington and Oregon, delivering technology consulting and training to thousands of staff and volunteers. They always said that their mission would be accomplished once technology had become a nonprofit friend rather than a foe. The sector has advanced far enough for them to be able to close their doors as an independent technology provider

. Now, we are excited to have them join us on the next part of our journey as a part of the larger 501 Commons family. Technology is part of every aspect of a nonprofit’s work—how we raise money, communicate to clients and supporters, influence public policy, and change the world on shoestring budgets. It makes sense to have technology services integrated alongside governance, planning, and communication services offered by 501 Commons.
