INCOMING!!!….

This morning 14 kittens are making their way across the state from Yakima, Wenas Lake, Wapato & Selah, to begin their next chapter. With over half being sick.

Unfortunately the smallest & youngest of this whole group may lose eyes 😔 but we will do all we can to try to help them keep their peepers!

This time if the year is when we historically see a reduction in numbers of young kittens. However, this is going on about year 3 where “kitten season” has no end in sight.

We are still in need of a foster for 4 siblings, please reach out here, if interested⬇️

To help with supplies- litter & kitten food being our biggest constant needs:

**FOSTERS NEEDED**

We here at Washington Animal Rescue Alliance are a strictly foster-based rescue, and cannot do what we do without our dedicated foster families!

Without them, our reach of assistance for kitties and dogs in need would be far smaller.

We are looking to onboard a few new foster homes, with needed placement as early as Friday 9/11/26.

We provide all medical, food & litter.

You provide the safe home environment where they can continue to grow & socialize.

Must haves:
🐱Working/reliable transportation
🐱Located in the greater Seattle area (some exceptions)
🐱Ability to help w/transport within reason
🐱Agree to an indoor only environment
🐱Complete, agree & adhere to our foster contract

We have some new intakes as well as current rescue pack members needing placement.

**ON ADOPTION HOLD, IN FOSTER-TO-ADOPT**

Miss Liberty & Miss Independence are ready for their next chapter!

Fostering in Everett, WA., the girls are the best pals, love to snuggle together & the most playful sisters (video in comments). They love lap cuddles & to sleep with you at night, the love widow beds, sunny spots, wall shelves, food, people, wrestling, did I say food 😂 ? And to be loved on.

They are approx 3months old & set for spay, where they will complete the rest of their pre-adoption medical, that we include in our adoption fee.

Great with other kitties, dog savvy, & great with kids.

Indoor only, & adopted as a pair only (will not separate, so please do not ask).

🦉 We had an unexpected patient tonight, while working our “people” job at the ER. 🦉

The poor guy severely injured himself flying into to lobby waiting room glass, and did not ever regain consciousness.

With no easily accessible after hours Wildlife care locally, we wanted to say ‘Thank You’ to the staff at VEG for helping take him in & evaluating, so he wasn’t left suffering.

So very sad to lose such a gorgeous creature ♥️
