Meet Shirley!

Meet Shirley our " Super Senior"!

Shirley will celebrate her 90th birthday this July, and she has no plans of slowing down.
Three days a week she attends Enhance Fitness at the YMCA.
“It keeps you limber, keeps you active, builds muscle, and gives you cardio. It’s a wonderful class and I’ve really benefited from it.”
But that’s not all.
Two other days each week she bowls in two leagues in Easton, maintaining an impressive 145 average score.
Staying active is simply part of her lifestyle.

Meet Doris!

Meet Doris! Doris is a "Super Senior"! At 93 years young she is at the YMCA 3 days a week for her Enhance Fitness classes.

Doris starts each day up early.
“I get up, take care of my dog, relax for an hour or so, and then I get busy,” she says. “I do my housework, and when the weather is nice I love to be outside walking or working in my garden.”
Three days a week, Doris comes to the YMCA for Enhance Fitness, a class that combines cardio, balance, stretching, and strength training.
“Sometimes I think, should I go or shouldn’t I? But then I tell myself — I better go. I have no excuse.”
And she’s always glad she did.
