Girlvolution is only a few weeks away and we’ve been so honored to support and the Youth Engagement Board planning team in designing transformative events.

One thing organizing as the village for so many years has taught us is the importance bringing diverse communities together to collectively dream and create magic.

That’s why we want to see community show up and show out for this conference. This conference was planned by our future leaders and is a moment where we can all dream of a better future together. A place to rest together. A place to feel held. A place to express yourself and connect with your inner child. A place to build new bridges across generations and identities. A space to support the youths next revolution… our bad, the girlvolution 😍🌻✨🫶🏿!

We’re excited to partner with and a team of Black healers to co-created a liberated space / experience for THIS Friday 6-9pm.

We will have healing art work + interactive instillations, documentary sneak peeks, free intuitive and astrology readings, and even community oracle card making.

Most importantly were summoning all the healers , free spirits, change makers, empaths, star beings looking for community and assurance that you’re not alone out here. Come hold space with us.

Ways to contribute:

✨Bring yo self and a friend or 2 you feel could benefit from a space like this

✨Bring object or items to contribute to our community altar (flowers, gems and crystals, sacred objects, etc)

✨Bring medicine for community (herbs, tinctures , food, herbal drinks , etc)

Happy Pride!!

This Friday, come out to the Cap Hill Plaza (the space across from the cap hill light rail station with the giant X) to meet up with us , , , , , and for a good time in the sun, games, FREE ice cream, and community who are interested in building more mutual aid systems in q***r community.

We have a few spots for people who want to vend (you have to bring your own set up) , table and share resources , and give speeches so email [email protected] if you want to be plugged in.

Meet a friend and then walk to the trans pride event in volunteer park or go over to the Cal Anderson Sun Bowl after for their sing a long Wicked free movie screening in the park. It’s going to a beautiful day.

We did it, friends! We raised $633 in like 24 hours for actual reparations for Black people. It truly warms my heart. Now the fun part of giving it alll away! If you’re Black in the PNW, please fill out this quick google form by 6/26 at 5pm.

We will select winners randomly on 6/27!

We almost didn’t , but the ancestors told us to continue our tradition of organizing a Juneteenth mutual aid fund. We’re hoping to AT LEAST give (10) black folx $50, so we need $500 friends!

Remember that this is always about PRACTICE. If you give $5 bucks that’s meaningful. If you share in your networks that’s meaningful. If you just give us $500 off rip … that’s meaningful.

We are truly honored to be collaborating with and a team of amazing girls and gender expansive youth to present a youth-led celebration: GIRLVOLUTION Taking place August 9th and 10th at .

Girlvolution is a celebration of community, culture, and care curated by the “Youth Engagement Board”, a dynamic group of girls and gender expansive youth leaders on a mission to create space for young people to nurture their roots, express themselves, and build community of powerful youth leaders.

The weekend will feature workshops, panels, performances, an opportunity fair , healing, art , and fun! While this conference centers the needs and hopes of girls and gender diverse youth, ALL ARE WELCOME!

So YOU WANNA BE DOWN WITH THE GIRLVOLUTION?

We’re so close to La Vie Amour , produced by and hosted at and we can’t wait to spread the looooove! Make sure to come out early Saturday to get warmed up with us during the RnB Luv Song sing-a-long cocktail hour. Come enjoy some of the classic RnB jams , a little cocktail, and community as we get warmed up before the concert experience begins!

We’re so excited for the La Vie Amour soul experience produced by the up and coming production company and held at in over a week!

What’s a Black ass event without an amazing host! We’re honored to have the peoples champ joining us as the host for the concert … word on the street is we might get a little comedy set too 👀✨✨✨.

Want to learn more about Deaunte Damper (if you didn’t already know)?

Born in Seattle, WA, Damper has focused his work on bringing HIV awareness and LGBTQ-affirming education to marginalized communities throughout the City of Seattle. This started thru his non-profit work at Pocaanas a Peer Navigator for the Department of Health. In April 2019, Dampermade History as the NAACP’S first LGBTQIA Chair, the first in 110 years of the organization Damper, as well, started a support group for young men of color: Blacks Recovering Overcoming Trauma Health and Awareness (B.R.O.T.H.A.) Currently, Damper is The community organizer for Vocal Washington ,    the  VP of Wa therapy fund, leadership team for BUILD206 and the current  Host of we live in color for converge media
