This FREE 4-day short-term intensive in-person certification workshop program is for youth participants who are serious about finding jobs, joining a short term job skills training workshop, develop their resume/cover letter skills, job interview coaching, as well as engaging in a team setting.

YWCA's Youth Employment Program for 2026 is now officially open and restarting back up again to help families and community encourage young folks ages 16-24 to participate in a short-term NO-cost certified training program in customer service excellence to prepare our young generation and enter the job field industry towards career pathway success.

Waiting list is open for recruitment. Please inform families and community members to reach out to the young people who would value this workshop opportunity while engaging in a team cohort with all youth and young adults while receiving job search, resume & cover letter guidance tips during and after graduating from the program.
