Kina'ole

Kina'ole Shé:kon! / Hello! We are a community-based and culturally-responsive program at United Indians of All Tribes Foundation located in Seattle. We welcome everyone!

-Serving our Indigenous American / Alaskan, Indigenous Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities with providing resources in King County.
-Offer developmental screenings for children from birth to five to help ensure they have a running start in life. Our program name is Kina'ole and it is an Indigenous Hawaiian word which in a nutshell means...

"Doing the right thing at the right time, for the

right reason the right way, for the right person the first time"

Our whole framework is based on the meaning of Kina'ole. We proudly serve our families in our Indigenous American / Alaskan, Indigenous Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities throughout King County and the surrounding area. We listen to the needs of our communities and do our best to find the best options that are out there. If the need is not met within house here at United Indians of All Tribes Foundation, then we refer out to trusted organizations in the area. We offer developmental screenings for our children birth to five using the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ). It is to help ensure our children have the best start in life. Here is their website if you would like to know about ASQ

We are also part of the King County Coalition Against Hate And Bias (KCCAHB) where we sit and listen to our communities traumatic experiences with hate and bias from local authorities, neighbors, and strangers. Here is the website if you would like to know more about the Coalition
