Movie night fun🧸✨

Last week, we enjoyed a cozy evening watching Brother Bear in our pajamas with our favorite stuffies! We loved the movie’s powerful story of love and transformation, and its Indigenous representation!🐻 Our community ended the evening with a mindfulness workshop, taking time to ground together🤎

We enjoyed an evening of Native Story Time, followed by an audio presentation titled, ‘The Struggle for Indigenous Sovereignty’ by Tulalip activist, cultural leader, and advocate Janet McCloud! We’re grateful to learn so much from her words and lived experiences about land protection and treaty rights🌾

And we’re especially grateful to Dakota and Dylan for joining us and opening the evening with song, setting such a powerful grounding for the night✨

Join us tomorrow for Movie Night from 6-8pm🍿 Bring your favorite stuffy and wear your PJs!🧸✨
