Houston, we have a Venmo! My stimulus was stolen thanks identity theft! So the money that was earmarked for our new OFFICE is going to now exist in limbo while I fight the fraud...so I'm going to beg you, your taxes this year will pay you back for your donation, please donate to our fight against Homelessness and help us teach Seattle that shelter is a human right, no one in any of the cities in this country should be dying of hypothermia yet we just recently lost another gentleman to exposure. If I could get even 1000$ in donations I could get into our new OFFICE and with an office I can accomplish countless work related projects that would bring us federal grants and loans plus corporate donorships that would make all the difference in the world! This weekend if we can raise the money stolen from my stimulus we can still finalize our lease for the little office! Pass it on, please, we are just 5 people trying to make a difference in the community we love and beyond.

Working tirelessly on grants and loans, I need more help around here! Slowly but surely we're moving along, EIN # UBI #, 501(c3) done, social media exists but I need someone else to manage it while I finish the site ETC ETC Anywho After seeing kind of how hard it is to get off the groud without any donor money, I adjusted plans for triage. Triaging the problem just means you're assessing the most drastic life or death cases vs what can wait, and then focusing your aid/funding on them; HOWEVER with the moratorium on evictions BOUND to be lifted at some point, there will undoubtedly be a spike in the homeless population..

So shifting focus to that inevitable occurrence we've decided to address the problems we hear from the community. Safety, for one mostly including physical violence, they need Locked Doors, they cant leave to go work since their whole house will be looted when they get off and go home, and Warmth, is essential because the elements can kill you...even in March, it;'s 20-30* every night... SO after some wavering on if it was a worthwhile venture, and then saying f**k it let's do it, we decided to host a Springtime Fundraiser to start churning out these Tiny Homes that are super cheap and easy to build, but provide the homeless community with locked doors, safe space, warmth and protection from the elements, and a sense of ownership and an glimpse of a way to move forward.

I'll get my shelter, I know it, but patience is key, I've spent over a year already and I just want it to explode into being! But the explosions will still come, but they'll come from my pretend work days, grant writing, applications, letters begging for cash or lumber or people's energy, so I'll stick to that and wait!

Hi friends! EyebllEyeballs healing up and I’ve been waiting on my EIN number to come along 🙈(I didn’t know I needed it so badly to open a business checking account!) so I’ve been trying to figure out a way to open a bank account thru an app! Tried and TRUE, Cash App was the only cat to support us while in this interim time awaiting our EIN and with that, federal and private grant money to get off th ground. HoweHowever until then, we are DESPERATE for your contributions, literally anything helps us help pur homeless fellow community members take refuge from the below freezing temperatures that we are still experiencing nightly here in Seattle. This is 2015 and these numbers have on ly continued to climb each year and exploded after COVID. I've been working on this for over 2 years, and since its my birthday and we are suffering hard-core providing safety and shelter to our neighborhood's most vulnerable during this epic snowstorm, I'm asking with a humble heart to please donate to what I hope will be my life's work. I'd like to offer groups of 2 space in a local motel in honor if my birthday and will document and post the reach of any and all contributions and of course, our gratitude for them. After last weeks huge 3 foot snow dump many of our homeless communities have abandoned their homes, they've been destroyed by nature or looted by as****es who somehow snowshoed thru a blizzard to make life increasingly uncomfortable and difficult for those who feel that at already peak levels. We will help them rebuild regardless but we're already so far negative funding wise I sometimes wish I could just ignore it forever....but while we reestablish the best we can, groups of 2 can obtain a voucher to stay inside for a day and enjoy creature comforts for only $70 donated through our PayPal @

I want for #34 so badlyto see this organization blossom into the revolutionary shift in consciousness and personal responsibility necessary in curing our community of homelessness, but not of the homeless, and when we find the ideal recipe for how to address homelessness, addiction, community crime rates, desperate need vs. insatiable wealth, we'll build on top of our community and expand, but for now, we are here in North Seattle and we're doing what needs to be done. While it came with a lot of research, it started with the refusal to accept the striking and extreme income/differences in personal wealth and success that had grown between the members of our community as "natural". It's not natural. These camps are not natural, nothing about the dire desperation that's so rapidly spread throughout our community in the last 12 months is in any way natural.

Spending every day of every year carrying the constant fear of where you will sleep the next night is everything but natural. It's a tragic yoke, the anxiety of how and where to shelter your body from the elements, keep your belongings safe, eat, hydrate, and clean your body in peace and without threats of violence or theft. The resentment and the disregard for your community build as you watch them ignore your obvious suffering or they nurture their own hatred of your simple presence. I couldn't stand the thought of doing nothing or doing just as much as I could which was not helping my personal situation nor their personal situations.

To continue to stock my house's floors full of sleeping people we didn't *rlly* know meant I couldn't keep my kids in a home that I wasn't able to keep 101% safe. So I began my journey into Sheltering Seattle and we've come so far! We just got our official NPO papers SO if you're able to donate for my birthday/towards the aid in this epic snowstorm- there's always a catastrophe to move us back down to negative funds... as we ...always....really...are..
- but yeah if you can help us out, I will send you a receipt, ( itemized if it's over 300$ -as the IRS demands for full credit) with our complete tax refund information "booklet" as well as a first round on our merch (300+ will get a 1st edition beanie and hoodie!100-299 will get 1st edition beanie!
