We will partner with the community to identify their challenges, implement their solutions, and help them develop resources necessary to excel in life. The following three strategic goals will inform the Jua Lekundu Foundation’s activities for the next few years.

1. Increase Legitimacy: Build trust with participants who are benefiting from Jua Lekundu’s programs and with donors who are funding Ju

a Lekundu’s programs. Diversify and Increase Funding: Provide donors with multiple ways to give. Become less reactionary by building an annual fund. Increase organizational understanding of different fundraising methods.

3. Improve and Increase Outreach: Actively engage volunteers, donors, and participants in Jua Lekundu’s planning, programs, and fundraising by providing them with regular status updates and opportunities for participation or feedback. Promptly thank volunteers, donors, and participants for their time, money, and expertise.
