We are excited to announce that we are holding a month-long fundraiser for the YWCA Women’s Shelter in Seattle to buy necessities for the upcoming winter!

Because of COVID-19, interpersonal violence (IPV) numbers have increased drastically, leaving countless survivors in need of immediate aid. To gauge the scale of the issue, the 70+ IPV advocacy organizations in Washington State have reached capacity. Furthermore, the national domestic violence hotline has recorded a 25% increase in daily calls. Unfortunately, these reports highlight an issue that has been prevalent even before the pandemic.

Our first goal as a new non-profit organization is to help local women’s shelters acquire important supplies for the winter. With your help, we can take a step towards subverting the status quo surrounding IPV.
