“Our chapter has implemented a new officer position in AWC UW: Diversity Officer. This position is to ensure that diversity and inclusion are a part of everything that we do as a chapter. We want AWC to be a safe space for women of every race, and ethnic background to feel included and valued. This position is in alignment with our core values which are honesty, respect for others, inclusivity, integrity, responsibility, trustworthiness, accountability, and teamwork.”
