“As much as we teach choral music, our mission is really rooted in the skills and the mindsets and the habits that one develops for life.” — Marcia, Northwest Boychoir Interim Executive Director.
Every week, up to 150 young singers walk through the doors of UHeights for Northwest Boychoir & Vocalpoint Seattle rehearsals. They join as early as 1st grade and stay for years, building not just musical skills but the friendships and habits that shape who they become.
“We see kids blossom,” she says. “They come in as six and seven-year-olds and stay for years, forming friendships, wrestling with tough music together, and sharing moments only their peers can truly relate to.”
Northwest Boychoir is one of many resident organizations that call UHeights home. When you give to UHeights, you're not just supporting one program. You're sustaining a place where kids grow into who they are, where arts organizations put down roots, and where community keeps showing up year after year.
We have 4 days left and $12,048 still to raise before our May 31 deadline. If you've been meaning to give, this is the moment.
