The Allied Arts Foundation and Allied Arts of Seattle will host a wide
ranging and probing interview of City Council candidates this October. Topics will focus on opportunities to enhance arts and culture, the role of historic preservation and strategies to encourage growth while retaining local character and amenities. During this 90 - minute forum candidates will share their perspectives and priorities for strengthening Seattle’s artistic communities and building a vital and livable city.
Topics will also focus on issues specific to District 2 (Southeast Seattle). The event will be broadcast by event partner and KVRU 105.7.
