The presentation explored how Seattle ranks among the nation’s leading AI markets, what current economic forecasts signal for the Puget Sound region, and how broader technology trends are redefining commercial real estate strategies.

🏙️Yesterday, we toured the beautiful Eleven50 by Alexandria. Eleven50 is a premier 12-story, 430,000 sq ft life sciences building developed by Alexandria Real Estate Equities. This facility is a key part in Alexandria’s Eastlake Life Science campus, providing advanced lab and office space. It was designed to support the region’s growing immunology and cell therapy sectors.
