Dorianne currently works as a Cybersecurity Product Manager at F5, helping lead product strategy within the cybersecurity space. Before transitioning into product management, she worked as an electrical engineer at Microsoft supporting Surface and Xbox manufacturing and development.

Originally from France, Dorianne built her career through multiple pivots across engineering and tech, giving her a valuable perspective on navigating transitions, growth, and finding alignment within the industry.

Her mentorship is especially valuable for students and early-career professionals interested in tech, engineering, cybersecurity, product management, and navigating non-linear career journeys.

Meet Gabriel Navarro ✨

Gabriel is a community builder and organizer passionate about creating opportunities that connect people, workforce development, and community impact. His experience spans the built and natural environment, Latino community initiatives, social sector leadership, business, government, and STEM+Arts nonprofits.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2024 and will receive his Master’s in Infrastructure Planning & Management from the University of Washington this summer. Alongside his academic work, Gabriel currently serves as a Program Manager at Urban Teen, helping create career pathways and experiences for youth.

We’re excited to have Gabriel as part of the Ensemble Navigator Program, supporting the next generation through mentorship, collaboration, and shared values. 💜
