Run of Hope Seattle Join us on Sunday, September 20, 2026 for the 18th annual Run of Hope benefiting Seattle Children’s.

Please join us in 2017 for the 9th annual Run of Hope Seattle, a collaborative volunteer effort between the employees of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and members of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Research Guild. It is a special day of events that brings together families and community to raise funds and awareness in support of pediatric brain tumor research at Seattle Children's Hospital. In seven years,

the Run of Hope Seattle has raised over 2.9 million dollars for pediatric brain tumor research at Seattle Children’s Hospital.

We are incredibly grateful for all 2,000 people who joined us yesterday, Sept. 21! Thanks to all of you, we raised over $600,000 for pediatric cancer research!

See you tomorrow morning! We have a great crowd coming out for the event! Thank you! Parking will fill up fast at Seward Park – please carpool if you can. You will likely need to park on the street in the neighborhood, as space is limited in the park. Lake Washington Blvd is closed to vehicle traffic, so plan to arrive via another main arterial!

Registration and Packet Pick Up begin at 8:30 a.m.! Race Day registration will be available for anyone deciding at the last minute! Thank you for supporting pediatric cancer research at Seattle Children’s!

Remember your cash or credit card to purchase raffle tickets ($5 each). Also, check the forecast and bring the right gear!

Every three minutes a child is diagnosed with cancer. Most will be treated with chemotherapy and radiation.​ Children who survive cancer often face a lifetime of serious health issues. Heart disease. Hearing loss. Infertility. Developmental disabilities. Even other kinds of cancer. It is the treatment, not the cancer itself, that causes these health issues.​ Kids deserve better. ​
