Workforce Development is one of the most important values that PNBAA provides. Our goal is to not only support our current aviation professionals, but help shape the careers of those who will work in our industry for future decades.
Professional internships are an effective way for aspiring aviation professionals to have actual hands on experience learning a particular job.
This is true for every aspect of our industry. Currently we have a successful working relationship with Hillsboro Aviation and their maintenance department. however we have an ambitious goal to expand that program.
We are looking for organizations who are willing to host an internship in any job discipline. Please inquire via email for more information.

Safety & Security Day: From Hangar to Horizon: Lead Safe, Stay Safe
Thursday, April 2nd 2026
8:00AM - 6:00PM
All business aviation professionals are invited to attend. We encourage early registration in anticipation of a sold out event.
✅CAM credit will be offered. Sign in at registration to confirm CAM credit.
Plan on hearing industry recognized speakers presenting topics broadly related to our industry. The topics will be educational and relevant to this diverse audience. There will be plenty of opportunities to socialize from breakfast, breaks, luncheon and a hosted reception social hour.

PNBAA is dedicated to showcasing what we do and where the money goes. Our member dues, event revenue, and corporate sponsorship dollars go right back to fund our three initiatives; Advocacy, Workforce Development, and Community.
These are a few of the ways we support that mission.
In 2025, we gave away $47,500 in scholarships and internships, and our goals continue to grow.
