The IAM Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential consultations and referrals to community resources for members and their families.

The Executive Board discusses:
• Local finances
• Motions and recommendations
• Ongoing union business
• Topics and concerns that may be brought before the membership
These meetings help keep the Local running efficiently and ensure important business is prepared before being presented to the members. ✊
Executive Board members are selected according to the rules and procedures outlined in the IAM Local 2202 By-Laws.
Strong unions are built through active leadership, transparency, and member involvement. 💙
