Monterey Sanatan Women's Social Club wishes everyone a very Happy New Year. May 2025 bring you good health, wealth, and happiness.

GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

Monterey Peninsula Ramayan Mandali is currently working on a project to fulfill the longtime dream of this community to have our own very first mandir in the Monterey County. We have come upon a great opportunity to invest in a property that is very suitable for a mandir and a community hall. We ask our general public to please help us make this dream come true by contributing in any way you can.

If all goes well 2024 will mark a great beginning for our Fijian Community of Monterey County. We are very excited and look forward to achieving results this upcoming January.

What a great match for this years Diwali tradition- Single vs Married.
At half time single had the lead 2-1. Married had a good comeback when second half started and took the lead to 3-2. Single scored 2 goals in the last 15 minutes to seal the game with a win 4-3. Congratulations to the single boys for the great comeback from last years defeat. What a great game it was a also a good turnout of people from our community.

Also, congratulations to the Western side seniors team for taking the seniors trophy by beating the southern side 3-1 in penalty kicks.

Thank you everyone who brought snacks and drinks to share. What a fun Diwali event.
