The Friends will be hosting our winter lecture series at the IBSP Interpretive Center again! Join us for our first lecture "Eel Grass in Barnegat Bay" this Sunday at 1:00. Learn from the AmeriCorps Barnegat Bay Watershed Ambassador, Amy Johnson, about eelgrass in the Barnegat Bay. This presentation discusses the importance of eelgrass, the threats they face, and the current research in action to protect and restore eelgrass beds in the Barnegat Bay.
