Troop AR-0226 recently had our first Trailman earn the prestigious Trail Life USA Freedom Award. Here are some of the things Zeb accomplished on his journey:
• Hiked over 100 miles
• Slept in a tent 75 nights
• Slept under the stars 3 times
• Camped in a tent in the snow
• Taught over a dozen classes for his fellow Trailmen
• Became certified in First Aid, CPR, and usage of an AED
• Volunteered over 500 hours with various organizations
• Led multiple service projects, including a drive to collect thousands of dollars in medical supplies and the funds needed to send them to Christian hospitals in Africa
• Preached and led numerous devotionals for the troop
• Earned 28 badges covering a variety of skills
• Visited 8 other states for Trail Life activities
• Rode a bicycle 45 miles on two separate occasions
