Timothy Hill Ranch: Searcy Campus

Timothy Hill: Searcy Campus is a residential facility for transitional youth (ages 18-21) that have aged out of the foster care system.

Our mission is to provide housing and work programs to help these young men gain their independence.

Today, on what would have been her birthday, we pause to remember the woman whose compassion helped shape the heart of Timothy Hill Ranch.

Her legacy continues through the young lives being transformed every day across our campuses and programs.

We are grateful for the foundation she helped build — one rooted in faith, love, and service to others.

“You have what you tolerate. If you don’t like what you have, then you have to change what you tolerate.”

That idea stayed with us.

At the Scale with Stability Conference, Timothy Hill Ranch residents and staff had the opportunity to learn from Dr. William Attaway, CEO of Appreciation at Work, and connect with Dr. Paul White, co-author of The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace.

Dr. Attaway’s message stood out. It was not just theory. It was a clear reminder that the environments we create shape outcomes, and what we allow, reinforce, and model every day becomes the culture our young people experience.

At Timothy Hill Ranch, that raises the bar.

It means appreciation is a discipline.
It means accountability is intentional.
It means culture is built, protected, and corrected when needed.

Today, we remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We honor their courage, their sacrifice, and the families who still feel their absence every day.

May we never rush past the meaning of this day. May we pause with thankful hearts and remember the cost of the freedoms we hold dear.

At Timothy Hill Ranch, this is more than a verse we read. It’s a calling we live.

We are deeply passionate about taking up the cause of the fatherless. Some days are hard, but the mission matters more. We can’t step back from the calling to serve and support as many at-risk youth as possible.

And we don’t do it alone.

Behind every young person healing at Timothy Hill Ranch are steady hands, watchful eyes, and caring hearts helping them feel safe.

To our Timothy Hill Ranch nurses: thank you. Your work matters more than words can say. 💛

Our nurses do far more than provide medical care. They notice the little things, offer comfort in hard moments, and help create an environment where young people can grow, heal, and feel seen. Day after day, they show up with compassion, patience, and strength for the youth we serve, and we are deeply grateful for the care they give so faithfully.
