I little more cleaned up version of the court case, as well as some additions.
I’ve got a bunch more but my spirit can only take so much before I have to stop....
I will update when I can...
This is more for myself than anything, and if you have crossed my pathing the last couple years, and I was an ass, you didn’t deserve it, I truly apologize.
It’s hard sorting thru all the bu****it...

I tried to do nothing more than defend my wife and property nearly 4 years ago when 3 m**h heads drove past my no trespass stay out sign in the middle of desert.
We have both been out on bail since. Me since July 2017 (alleged battery)
Tracy Chase Howard July 2018.
I had an attorney that I had paid 5K. Said he would try to get deal, trial would be additional.
I was offered a deal that seemed with my use of cannabis would put me in jeopardy of being in violation from the start. I didn’t take deal and on the way out, the court weoponized the judicial system, and arrested my wife.
I got mad at this man for the deal.
He filled a MTW motion to withdraw...because I was pi**ed. He said combative
After court my ex attorney, Adam Gill came out of the elevator, and instead of turning towards exit, turned towards me. I was standing against wall at female restroom waiting for wife. As he staked towards me he yelled “you shot that guy” “are you scoffing at me” before turning and leaving.
So after dropping 20K for my wife to have a good attorney I take my chances with the good ole public defenders office.
The public defenders department couldn’t even help me because those 3 f***s had been defended at one time or another by all of them. Really
So I was assigned to a firm on rotation to Searchlight, NV.
For almost 2 years I sent emails and or phone calls about many things to both Michael Micelli and Dustin Marcelo.
I asked things like
1. I defended myself and my wife by firing a warning shot into my mountain, no where near these guys
No Battery
2. No Battery..should be no additional weapons charges
3. As superintendent on Utah Transit Authority Lightrail I went thru federal checks that should have cleared my petty thefts, a burglary of a relatives home and a few other minor crimes that put me away for 14 years prior to the year 2000.
4. Please listen to me. I have just spent a couple years trying to recover from Hepatitis c treatment. A bunch of other crazy things have happened and I was afraid for my wife and I.
They would never respond. Just keep asking for continuances. They wouldn’t explain why.
After more than 2 years of court dates, my wife, her attorney, and me, are all waiting for Michael M to show up, and are told by the court all of Micelli’s cases have been transferred to Grasso.
As I am standing there, Dustin Marcello shows up and tells the Judge “no, that’s incorrect, We are still representing Mr. Howard. At which point the DA slams down a phone book size. Discovery document with CD’s and says ...”Here ya go”
I have been asking the first attorney Adam Gill and these current qualified reps to get this from DA for 2 years.
As we are leaving the courthouse I ask Marcello how I get a copy.
He says “ you can come my the office now or I’ll email it. “
Me “I think I’ll come by now.”
Marcello “I’ll email it” as he hands me his card with a phone # of Chris Grasso on the back.
So before I go on with the story, I have to back track to the firm I was getting no help from, and my feeling why.
This is Important to me to get this out.
I hope the way things go nowadays it gets posted. Wouldn’t be the first time FB censored me.
In received a Nevada election ballot in the mail in March. I was looking at it because I was curious about the judge overseeing mine and Tracys stuff Judge Hardy. We both seemed to think he was a good guy caught up in madness...
Low and behold.
Michael Micelli was running for a district judge seat
Dustin Marcello was running for a district court seat
The DA Barbara Som**hingorother Was running for a district court seat
And the lead partner in the firm Ozzie Fumo is running for a seat on the NEVADA SUPREME COURT 🤯
I wonder if that could be why I got no help. All while my health continued to deteriorate to the point I have lost all what I worked hard for health, family, safety, and security.
In December 2018 I had a Forensic Neurological report done. Just like when I had to enroll in Mayos comprehensive program after Hep C treatment, I did this just to try to figure out how to save myself.
I could feel all hard work I had done to that point slipping away fast.
The report found I had massive TBI-traumatic brain injury due to many blows to the head, past lifestyle, and who knows what else.
So while this seemed like some answers to my condition which made me feel better in a way, especially in the horrible way I treated people I love, it also crushed me, as I was told I should function not as if in recover mode, and in finding a maintainable routine.
This even included his recommendations for my life’s needs from that point forward. Caregiver etc...
I still park as far away as in can at the market and make things harder for myself, but that’s Beside the point.
I have pretty much lost faith in our system completely, and the things that happen in the country and around the world confirm some of my worst fears.
The inmates are running asylum’s everywhere.
I can’t make this stuff up...
You couldn’t put a bunch of people in a room and come up with a movie like this, no way.
Of People, By the People, For the People... doesn’t seem that way anymore.
So sad for more than me.
Believe it or not, it gets better from here.
Chris Grasso and his Dad enter the picture. (his Dad defended OJ Simpson in Las Vegas....that didn’t work out very well for the defense) just saying
I traded many emails with Chris Grasso, which I still have for posterity. I included medical records, info about my property and mining claim. Pictures. All kinds of stuff. I figured I needed to empty my arsenal. Might be a poor choice of words in light of everything.
We also talked on phone a few times.
So basically in a week a had more communication than in the previous 2 1/2 years. I didn’t say it was all good. Very confusing actually. At first he seemed excited. Asked me if I knew what a high profile case it was gonna be and such. I told him that was what I had been try avoid. Country had enough drama, and I didn’t want to add to it.
So I show up for our first and only in person appointment.
As I am waiting he comes out with a small puppy in his arms, and asks “where is your dog?” Apparently while making small talk on the phone I had mentioned my buddy Martha, and he had expected me to bring her to have a play date while we worked ?
He was very disappointed, and I am sure he felt foolish in front of his staff. I felt bad for him.
I mean come on, I have been on trial for my life here...really!?!
But this kinda fits with the first 2 1/2 years. Sets a bad tone right away.
Oh boy.
He proceeds to tell me I should take the 2 year deal being offered.
I ask what happened to the Probation deal that only had a hiccup of cannabis use ?
He didn’t know.
So I explain we need to proceed with a speedy trial.
His response to me...wait for it...
“The DA won’t be ready”
Well...I slam my hand on the table as I stand and say “who the f**k are you working for !?!”
Chris Grasso reaches to the right side of his desk where he had a prepared copy of Adam Gills-Motion To Withdraw based upon my combativeness. He pushed towards me and said “you already have a reputation as being combative”
Me-Combative!?! Because I disagree with my lazy idiot lawyer ?!?!
At this point I have had this rock-nugget I found on my property in my pocket. I always have stuff in my pockets.
MH-I know what the problem is. You think I have all this money because of the mining claim. You have bills to pay, staff to pay, and I am using you thru the Public Defenders office.
I take the nugget out, place it on his desk
MH-here...this Comes from my property and it’s a really cool nugget.
You can have it. Ok.
He reaches out, picks it up, and says
CG-I like rocks !
MH-Me too.
CG-I actually have been camping in the Castle Mountains right across from you.
MH-that’s interesting.
He then goes back to suggesting I take the 2 year deal. I storm out. Without my nugget.
Court day with Grasso and his Dad is unbelievable.
I’ll try to get that part later tonight. This takes a lot outta me to pluck this all down on my iPhone.
I am supposed to be defending myself at trial on my Birthday May 3 1962
I don’t know how I’m gonna pull that off. 🤔🙏
