Arielle is a mom and veteran based in the Coastal Bend of Texas. Her fight has centered around ringing the alarm on the harm Cheniere LNG has caused the region as well as fighting the Yara International and Enbridge (YaREN)-proposed ammonia facility. She's been a crucial contributor to the Gulf Hub's work, traveling to confront dirty banks and insurers at their own doorsteps.

Magz is a youth-focused frontline organizer based in Corpus Christi, Texas. They have been instrumental in the broad fight for Water For People, not the polluters currently using over 80% of the water supply in the region.

In addition to being a Gulf Hub member, they organize with Ignition Front Corpus and Corpus DSA, targeting Citibank for funding environmental racism in the Gulf South as well as, in their own words, "Boasting the largest presence of any foreign financial institution in Israel."

Roishetta Sibley Ozane is co-founder and co-director of the Gulf South Fossil Finance Hub where she tracks the money that finances fossil fuel pollution in low income, predominantly Black communities and in turn educates and empowers community members to demand those banks and other financial institutions defund fossil fuels and invest in communities.

Roishetta is an award-winning environmental justice activist and has represented the Gulf South nationally and abroad including in Egypt, Canada, Dubai, Malaysia, Japan, and Vienna championing for Black, Indigenous, and other people of color and their right to clean air, clean water and sustainable communities that aren’t overburdened by pollution.

Roishetta holds a Bachelor’s degree and Master of Science degree from McNeese State University, Master of Philosophy in Criminal Justice from Walden University and is currently a PhD candidate at Walden University.

Roishetta is a true powerhouse within the Gulf South Fossil Finance Hub, her own community organization the The Vessel Project of Louisiana, and our entire movement at large.
