e Center for Resolve was established in 2011 by Jule Gaige. Jule achieved standings of successful Lawyer and CPA, certified mediator, college lecturer, university teacher, and seminar Leader. With it all, it became clear that she had a greater life purpose. She took a reprieve from the law practice to realize true potential, writing books and articles geared toward resolving contemporary issues. She returned to the law liberated since it is not under the confines of old learned theories. Rather, her practice is now the way to help others resolve conflicts to realize their personal freedom. She confronts matters that include relationship discord in business and/or family; addictions; contract disputes; and financial distress. She answers questions regarding the nature and source of personal empowerment. She helps realize why the people and situations are present, as well as the nature of our responsibility for our experiences. Ultimately, Jule helps realize solutions for what appears as unrest, conflict and chaos. A few examples of resolves:
A group of siblings were involved with litigation. Issues ensued regarding their parents’ estates. After incurring $50,000 in legal fees, they were recommended to Jule for Resolve. After speaking to both sides of the entanglements, she met them for one hour. By the time the sessions concluded, they knew that their siblings played roles for them so they could identify their own resistance. They resolved the matters at hand so that each could move on. A couple was supported through the divorce process. Instead of going their separate ways with separate lawyers, which is the way the world has come to know, they came together to walk through the divorce together. In fact, the initial meeting was in a diner. The divorce activity helped each of them to grow personally. They recognized the part they each played for one another helped them to their individual potentials. There was no guilt, financial duress, and/or family discord. The relationship of each member of this couple and their family continued to grow through the entire process. Two estranged siblings came together after 30 years. In the midst of the death of their sibling, they peacefully overcame the fear of confrontation to interact to resolve. Family members resolved legal matters that commenced with their fathers many years ago. Instead of requiring court intervention, the parties confronted old ideas and beliefs. By overcoming the conflict, all the parties settled their differences in a matter of months without court intervention.

Family members came to resolution regarding a property not transferred from an estate for 70 years. It required consent by family members thrice removed. When presented the bill for resolve services, the personal representative said “it should be at least double that amount.”
A business warded off bankruptcy to proceed through personal reorganization.
