PEER graduation was held at The Gardens of Scranton.PEER were presented with Certificates of completion of the PEER Training and Certificates of Recognition presented by Lackawanna County Commissioners Gaughan & Chermak, Senator Marty Flynn presented by Jasmine McDuffie and State Representative Donahue presented by John Sinclair.
PEER Traing was conducted by Ombudsman Theresa Dubas through the office of Serving Seniors Inc.
