⛳ Who wants to be our Birdie Sponsor?!

We’re still looking for a $1,500 Birdie Sponsor for this year’s Tee Up for Transparency Golf Tournament — and this sponsorship can make a BIG impact beyond the golf course. 💚

$1,500 can support the equivalent of:

🎓 15% of our next $10,000 mental health scholarship
🏟️ An entire Game Day for Mental Health event at a local school
💚 Four in-person QPR su***de prevention trainings

Not all three — but ONE Birdie Sponsorship can make one of these possible.

Plus, our Birdie Sponsor receives a complimentary foursome and recognition throughout the tournament. ⛳

Know a business or organization that might be a great fit? Tag them, share this post, or send it their way! Every share helps us get closer.

Today, we are honored to introduce Aaron Redis as the inaugural recipient of the John Malvizzi Memorial Scholarship. 💚

Aaron is a graduate student in the University of Scranton-Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling Program, and was selected from an outstanding pool of applicants for his commitment to mental health advocacy, service, and leadership.

When asked what he hoped we would highlight, Aaron shared:

“My work is born out of the desire to meet my clients where they are while honoring their own lived experience. I believe this desire is reflected in my scholarly character, commitment to social justice, counseling ethics, and advocacy, as well as my original contributions to the growing body of counseling research.”

Those words beautifully reflect the values this scholarship was created to honor.

Congratulations, Aaron! We are proud to support your journey and can’t wait to see the impact you’ll continue to make in the mental health field.

🏌️ Returning for Year 4!

We’re excited to share that Jordan Partlow has officially registered for the 4th Annual Tee Up for Transparency Golf Tournament!

Jordan has been part of this event since the very beginning, participating in every tournament we’ve hosted. Last year, he took his support even further by joining the John Malvizzi Foundation Board of Directors.

As a volunteer-led organization, supporters like Jordan are the reason we’ve been able to grow from an idea into a foundation creating opportunities for people to talk openly about mental health.

Thank you, Jordan, for your continued commitment to our mission and for helping us prove that conversations truly can save lives.

⛳ Want to join us on September 6?
We’re currently welcoming:
✅ Foursome registrations
✅ Individual golfers
✅ Event sponsors at all levels

Whether you’re looking to golf, sponsor, or simply support the mission, we’d love to have you involved.

Register or become a sponsor here:

June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙

Many men are taught to carry the weight of stress, anxiety, grief, and depression in silence. But strength isn’t measured by how much you keep to yourself.

Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is start a conversation.

If you’re struggling, reach out.
If someone comes to you, listen.

Less stigma. More conversation.
