Members who did not receive a ballot in the mail by today, December 1, 2025, or made a mistake marking their ballot, may request a replacement sent to them. Requests for replacement ballots may be made by telephone no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, December 12, 2025. Requests for replacement ballots may be made through the Independent Election Supervisor either online at www.mrgballot.com or by phone at 1(877)324-7655. If you have changed your address, please call the Union hall at (570)344-7219 prior to contacting the Independent Election Supervisor.
